The fast-paced world with internet, online gaming, social media play an important role in the mental development of kids these days. Raising healthy children in the current scenario is a challenge, a healthy body isn’t enough. Truly healthy means, the emotional health of the child must be nurtured and strengthened. It will help children learn the strategies and techniques to combat stress, anxiety and improve their concentration. It will help the teenagers to be more focus and calmer. It trains the mind to relax and stay positive. Meditating just for a few minutes a day can help your teen gain emotional balance.
Studies have proved that youth who meditate are happier, more focused, and also less likely to engage in unhealthy behaviors. 



Self-Inquiry, a meditation technique, is the method to examine ourselves and keep constant awareness of who we are. It is the direct path to discover the unreality of a person and his thinking.
